The CareQuilt Promise
When itโs family,
good enough isnโt enough

You're trusting us with someone you love.
We don't take that lightly.
Behind every call is a family that has been carrying a lot, and a parent who deserves to feel at home in their own home.
Behind every visit is a caregiver who chose this work because they care.
These are our commitments to all three: families, the people we care for, and our caregivers.
Theyโre the standards we hold ourselves to every day.

Our promise to families
Honesty, always
We'll tell you if we're not the right fit. We'd rather get it right than get it done. That means listening first, having a registered practical nurse (RPN) or care coordinator suggest only the care your loved one needs, and taking the time to match them with a caregiver who suits them. If we're not the right fit, you'll hear it from us.
Your plan is built with you, not handed to you. Your care manager, an RPN, builds the plan with your family and keeps adjusting it as things change. It's a working plan, not a form you fill out once and forget.
We'll tell you what things cost, plainly. Care starts at $35 an hour, and you get an exact quote on the first call. No subscriptions, no admin fees, no start-up charge, no overnight surcharge. You pay for the care delivered, nothing more.
Our promise to your loved one
It's their home, and their well-being
We want your loved one to get the best care possible every visit, period. Our caregivers know they are working in someoneโs home. They follow the routines your loved one is used to, and respect the boundaries your loved one and family set. You decide how their home runs, and we work around that.
Comfort matters as much as the care tasks. Some people want help with bathing and meals and nothing more. Others want someone to talk to, or someone who will sit with them through a hard afternoon. We pay attention to what your loved one needs on the day, seek the right caregiver to match, and adjust to it so things evolve.
We send the same caregiver to every visit, on a schedule that stays steady. When we match a caregiver, we look past the care plan at personality, interests and the way your loved one likes to spend their time. Sometimes a caregiver gets sick or a schedule has to change and when that happens, we tell you early and work to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

Our promise to caregivers
Good care depends on the people giving it
We treat our caregivers with honesty and respect, and we expect families to do the same. You are a professional, and youโll be treated like one. When we ask something of you, weโre looking to work with you to achieve the care goals of your client together.
You wonโt be left on your own. If you have a question about a client, a task you havenโt done before, or a problem with a family, weโre a chat away. Weโll help find the information you need, provide suggestions and guidance, or step in directly and help sort things out when needed. Our job is to help you focus on providing the best care you possibly can.
We keep things fair and open. Youโll know what we expect of you and how we make decisions that affect your work. Caregiving is hard, skilled work, and we want everyone we work with to feel proud of what they do.
